"Creating a community of learner"

School is not just a huge building nor simply a place where the teachers and students come together. It is a holy place where teaching learning process occur effectively and interruptedly. It is a place where the student's thoughts and minds ignited and they get equal opportunity to develop. We stay away from the traditional method of rote learning because we understand that it doesn't do anything for our students, both intellectually and personally.

Everyone has the right to education.Education shall be free, at least the elementary and fundamental stages, Elementary education shall be compulsory.
"Article 26, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948"

Education is the basic building block of every society. It is the single best investment countries can make to build affluent, vigorous and unbiased societies. To build the effective and fecund society. Discipline in school life is very imperative for students. We can't be well educated without discipline. Without learning and the following discipline in school life can cost students later in their career. Discipline is self-improvement run-through. It is what helps us all to triumph our goals in life. Discipline is everything which we do in the right way in right time. It is gives us lots of great opportunity, right way to go ahead, to learn new things in life, to know-hows more within less time, etc. and grow.

We at JBVP gives emphasis on discipline since we need discipline in many junctures of our life so it is good to practice discipline from childhood and school plays vital role in this regard.

My Impression:

Education is an essential part of a living being, whether it's boy or a girl. Education helps an individual to be smarter, to learn new things and to know about the facts of the world. Education plays one of the most roles in Women Empowerment. Education is the first step to give women the power to choose the way of life she wants to lead. Men and women are like two sides of the coin and need identical opportunity to contribute to the country's development. Educated women yield a positive impact on Indian society through contribution in professional fields like- education, medical, defense services, science & technology. We at JBVP providing the equal opportunity to flourish girls and boys to participate in education, society, economy and politically.

According to UNESCO (EFA Global monitoring report 2005) quality education should be contributing to the development of a child in terms of creativeness, emotional and cognitive capacities. We at JBVP believes education must not only concentrate on the content of subjects taught at school rather it should divert its attention to the development of emotional and creative aspect of the students.

I personally believe quality teaching is different from the teacher's quality. It is the process of giving if giving information to the students to learn. The students should be able understand what has been taught. Quality teaching hinges upon what is being taught and how it is being taught in order for the learner to comprehend the subject matter. The ways and means applied by educator should be reasonable and appropriate rather than what qualifications and training teachers have.

"The harder I work, the smarter I get"

Hard work is the most important key to success. The achievement without hard work are impossible. An idle person can never gain anything if they sit and wait for the better opportunity to come. The person who is working hard is able to gain the success and happiness in life. Nothing is easy to be achieved in life without doing any hard work. The Edison was working for 21 hours a day, and he sleeps only for 2 or 3 hours on the Laboratory tables with his books as his pillow. The prime minister late Pt. Nehru, he was working for 17 hours a day and seven days a week. There were no holidays in his calendar. The hard work is a price that we pay for success in the life. The constant vigilance and preparedness to work is the price we have to pay for the success in life. Work is a privilege and pleasure; the idleness is a luxury that no one can afford. America's famous president Abraham Lincoln was born in a log cabin in the forest. He could not afford a lamp and read borrowed books with the light of the fire in the hearth. And yet by dint of hard work, he rose to be greatest man of his time. So, the hard work is very necessary and we should always work hard as hard work always pays off.
